摘要
以氢氧化镁和α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉为原料,经过干混、成型和1750℃反应烧结制备了刚玉-尖晶石骨料,研究了氢氧化镁粒度(平均粒径分别为55、36.4和10.6μm)对刚玉-尖晶石材料体积密度、气孔率及显微结构等的影响。结果表明:随着氢氧化镁粒度的减小,试样的体积密度增加,显气孔率下降,封闭气孔增加,总气孔率和孔径逐渐下降;当氢氧化镁粒度减小时,氢氧化镁和Al_(2)O_(3)的分布更为均匀,有效接触面积增大,可以促进固相反应的进行,会形成更为细小的、分布更为均匀、广泛的封闭气孔;试样在500℃下的热导率随着氢氧化镁粒度的减小而增大。
Corundum spinel aggregates were prepared using magnesium hydroxide andα-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder as starting materials,dry mixing,molding and reaction sintering at 1750℃.The effect of the particle size of magnesium hydroxide(average size of 55,36.4 and 10.6μm)on the bulk density,the porosity and the microstructure of corundum-spinel materials was studied.The results show that with the decreasing particle size of magnesium hydroxide,(1)the bulk density of corundum-spinel materials increases,the apparent porosity decreases,the closed pores increase,and the total porosity and the pore size decrease gradually;(2)the distribution of magnesium hydroxide and Al_(2)O_(3) is more uniform and the effective contact area increases,which can promote the solid reaction and form finer,more uniform and extensive closed pores;(3)the thermal conductivity at 500℃of the sample increases.
