摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人们的日常生活逐渐从单一化向多样化转变,并开展了歌唱、舞蹈、绘画等老少皆宜的娱乐活动,因此制备出一款稳定性强的涂料是涂料行业发展的必然趋势。本文利用凝胶、色漆以及保护胶制备出多彩水性涂料凝胶色粒,并从保护胶溶液浓度、纤维素、纯丙乳液以及保护胶用量等方面探究了凝胶色粒的成粒效果和性能稳定性。
With the rapid development of economy,people’s daily life has gradually changed from simplification to diversification,and entertainment activities suitable for all ages,such as singing,dancing and painting,have been carried out.Therefore,the preparation of a stable coating is the inevitable trend of the development of the coating industry.In this paper,gel color granules of multicolor waterborne coatings were prepared by gel,paint and protective adhesive.The granulation effect and performance stability of gel particles were explored from the concentration of protective gel solution,cellulose,pure acrylic emulsion and the amount of protective glue.
