摘要
电驱动后桥作为电动轻型客车核心部件,为整车行驶提供动力,是该车型主要振动噪声源之一。针对某电驱动后桥轻客车型在开发阶段,在中大油门加速工况下啸叫噪声问题,运用LMS Test.Lab测试分析系统通过试验对可能存在的原因进行排查分析,并针对该噪声问题在整车传递路径和电驱动后桥结构等方面进行优化。整车试验证明,该组合优化方案能够有效解决啸叫问题,从而为该车型顺利投产提供关键技术支持。
The E-axle,as the core component of the electric light passenger car,provides power for the whole vehicle,is a main vibration noise source of the vehicle.In this paper,the whine noise problem of an E-axle light passenger car in the R&D stage under the whole open throttle(WOT)and partly open throttle(POT)conditions is studied.The test analysis system of LMS Test.Lab is used to analyze the possible causes of the whine noise.In view of the whine noise problem,the transfer path and E-axle structure are optimized.Through the vehicle test,it is verified that the combined optimization scheme can effectively solve the problem of whine noise.This work has provided a key technical support to successfully put this type of vehicles into production.
