摘要
大学时间资本是大学及其成员所拥有的,通过教学、科研以及社会服务等活动,将蕴含在高深知识中的必要劳动时间以商品化方式进行交易,以实现价值增殖的资源总和。大学时间资本具有排他性与共享性、他目的性与自目的性、时效性与永恒性、限定性与能动性等特征。大学时间资本为审视大学组织属性、推动大学治理、促进教师转型提供了新视角。大学时间资本的优化路径是提升教师对时间资本的掌控能力;增强大学时间资本的制度运作能力;创设大学优化时间资本的环境。
The capital of university time is owned by the university and its members»which will trade the necessary labor time contained in the advanced knowledge in the way of commercialization to realize value multiplication through activities such as teaching,scientific research and social services.The capital of university time is characterized by exclusiveness and sharing,other purpose and self-purpose,timeliness and eternity,limitation and initiative.The capital of university time provides a new perspective for examining university organizational attributes,promoting university governance and promoting teacher transformation.The way to optimize the capital of university time is to improve teacher’s ability to control time capital,to enhance the system operation ability of university time capital,and to create an environment for university to optimize time capital.
