摘要
结合毛家店跨线钢箱梁桥面铺装工程,对高模量高韧性沥青混合料的拌和工艺及碾压工艺进行了分析。结果表明,高模量高韧性沥青混合料拌和时间为55s时,可保证混合料拌和均匀,路用性能达到设计期望值,高模量高韧性沥青混合料理想的摊铺温度为175~185℃,出料温度宜为185~195℃,矿料加热温度需要高于出料温度60℃左右,碾压时,使用钢轮压路机静压3~4遍即可将混合料压实,施工中不宜使用轮胎压路机与振动压路机碾压。
In combination with the bridge deck pavement project of steel box girder for Maojiadian overline bridge,the mixing technology and rolling technology of high modulus and high toughness asphalt mixture are analyzed.The results show that,when the mixing time of high modulus and high toughness asphalt mixture is 55s,the mixture can be evenly mixed and the road performance can reach the design expectation.The ideal paving temperature of high modulus and high toughness asphalt mixture is 175~185℃,and the discharge temperature should be 185~195℃.The heating temperature of mineral aggregate should be about 60℃higher than the discharge temperature.When rolling,the steel wheel roller should be used for static pressing for 3~4 times to compact the mixture.It is not suitable to use tire roller and vibratory roller during the construction.
