摘要
中间偃麦草作为小麦的三级基因源,具有抗病虫害、耐逆性强等多种优良性状,被广泛应用于小麦遗传改良中。中间偃麦草与小麦通过远缘杂交创制的附加系、代换系和易位系等异染色体系是增加小麦抗病性、提升小麦品质及产量的重要桥梁资源,也是研究物种染色体进化、优异基因定位的重要材料。阐述了中间偃麦草染色体特征及其基因组演化过程,综述了近年来中间偃麦草基因组学研究进展及其在小麦遗传改良中的应用,并对远缘杂交外源基因向小麦导入存在的问题进行了讨论,可为中间偃麦草优异基因在小麦改良中持续利用提供参考。
As a tertiary gene source of wheat,Thinopyrum intermedium has been widely used in wheat genetic improvement due to its excellent characteristics of disease resistance,pest resistance and stress tolerance.Alien chromosome lines such as addition lines,substitution lines and translocation lines were created by distant hybridization between Thinopyrum intermedium and wheat,which were important bridge resources to increase wheat disease resistance,improve wheat quality and yield.They were also important materials for studying chromosome evolution and gene mapping.This paper described the chromosome composition and the genome evolution of Thinopyrum intermedium,reviewed its genomics research progress and its application in wheat genetic improvement.The problems in introducing foreign genes into wheat by distant hybridization were also discussed which could provide information for the continuous utilization of useful genes of Thinopyrum intermedium in wheat improvement.
