摘要
目的探究点阵激光联合IPL对痤疮瘢痕患者的临床疗效分析。方法选取2017年2月至2018年10月本院收治的60例痤疮瘢痕患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为CO2点阵激光组(CD组)和强脉冲激光联合CO2点阵激光组(IC组),每组30例。比较两组临床疗效、继发效应发生情况、满意度。结果IC组治疗总有效率、满意度均高于CD组,继发效应发生率低于CD组,但差异无统计学意义。结论CO2点阵激光和强脉冲激光联合CO2点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕均有不同程度的疗效,且IC组红斑、色沉不良反应较少,患者满意率较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fractional laser combined with IPL on patients with acne scars.Methods A total of 60 patients with acne scars admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 and they were divided into CO_(2)fractional laser group(CD group)and intense pulsed laser combined with CO_(2)fractional laser group(IC group)according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of secondary effects,and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction of the treatment in the IC group were higher than those in the CD group,and the incidence of secondary effects was lower than that in the CD group,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion CO_(2)fractional laser and intense pulsed laser combined with CO_(2)fractional laser have varying degrees of curative effect in the treatment of acne scars,and the IC group has fewer adverse reactions to erythema,and the patient's satisfaction rate is higher.
