摘要
采用随机抽样方法在街边小店、移动摊档自购正在销售的肠粉,检测其中的硼含量,对检测结果进行分析及风险等级评估。结果显示:大部分产品中未检出硼含量,而有检出部分的硼含量明显高于方法检出限和风险参考值,说明肠粉确实存在违法添加硼砂现象,可能对人体健康构成伤害;在对伤害发生的可能性和伤害发生的严重程度进行了计算分析后发现,对人体健康伤害的严重程度为一般,综合评估食用肠粉潜在的安全风险等级为低风险等级。
Random sampling method was used to test the borax content of steamed vermicelli roll samples purchased from street stores and mobile stalls,and the test results were analyzed and the risk level was evaluated.The results showed that the boron content in most products was not detected,while the boron content in some of the products was significantly higher than the detection limit and risk reference value.It indicated that the steamed vermicelli roll did have illegal addition of borax,which may cause harm to human health;The possibility of injury and the severity of injury were calculated and analyzed.The severity of the injury was general,comprehensive assessment of potential safety risk level of eating steamed vermicelli roll was low risk level.
