摘要
某SUV小批量试制时,车辆常温冷机起动时存在较为明显的间歇性抖动,座椅/车身等感觉较为明显。调查发现,为降低整车的冷机排放水平,实现催化器快速升温,整车起燃标定将不完全燃烧的混合气在三元催化器前继续燃烧,造成发动机出现严重的失火,从而导致整车出现明显的间歇性抖动现象。通过优化起燃标定参数,将二次喷射截止时刻由压缩上止点前65℃A调整到上止点前85℃A明显的改善了催化器起燃阶段发动机的燃烧稳定性,整车试验表明该优化方案消除了起燃阶段的间歇性抖动,同时整车排放水平满足工程目标。
When a small batch of SUV is produced,there is obvious intermittent shake during catalytic light-off in the starting of normal cool temperature,and the seat/vehicle body is more obvious.It is found that in order to reduce the exhaust level of the whole vehicle and realize the fast heating up of the catalyst,the combustion of the incomplete combustion mixture will continue to burn in the front of the ternary catalyst,causing the engine to have a serious misfire,which leads to the obvious intermittent shake of the vehicle.By optimizing the ignition calibration parameters,the EOIT of secondary injection is optimized from the original BTDC 65℃A to the BTDC 85℃A,it obviously improves the engine combustion stability during the catalytic light-off stage,the vehicle test shows that the optimization scheme eliminates the intermittent shake during the catalytic light-off stage,and the vehicle emission level satisfies the engineering target.
