摘要
目的通过并行采集(SENSE)和压缩感知(Compressed SENSE)加速四维相位对比法MRI(4DPC MRI)肝门静脉成像的图像质量比较,判断两种方法对门静脉成像的可行性。资料与方法对22名健康志愿者选择最佳流速编码进行4DPC MRI。分析两种方法获得的脾静脉、肠系膜上静脉、门静脉主干、肝内门静脉左、右分支的信噪比(SNR)和流速、流量,判断血液流线追踪图像质量。结果20名志愿者完成4DPC MRI扫描,5个门静脉分支SNR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),门静脉各分支的最大流速、流量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),门静脉各分支的流线追踪图像质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种成像方法在扫描时间上差异有统计学意义(Z=3.68,P=0.006),Compressed SENSE加速4DPC MRI扫描时间相对较短。结论SENSE和Compressed SENSE加速4DPC MRI门静脉成像,能进行肝门静脉及其分支的流速、流量分析,实现肝门静脉及其分支的流线追踪显示;Compressed SENSE加速4DPC MRI可在更短时间内完成扫描。
Purpose To compare the image quality of hepatic portal vein of four-dimension phase contrast(4 DPC)MRI via SENSitivity Encoding(SENSE)and compressed SENSE,respectively,to evaluate the feasibility of the two methods for portal vein imaging.Materials and Methods A total of 22 healthy volunteers were selected to perform 4 DPC MRI after the optimization of flow encoding.The signal-tonoise ratio(SNR),flow velocity,and flow rate of the splenic vein,superior mesenteric vein,portal vein trunk,and left and right branches of the intrahepatic portal vein obtained by the two methods were retrospectively compared to determine the quality of the blood tracked streamline image.Results There were 20 volunteers who completed 4 DPC MRI scan,and there was no statistically significant difference in SNR of 5 portal branches(P>0.05),and no statistically significant difference in the maximum flow velocity and flow of each branch of portal vein(P>0.05)between the two imaging methods.There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of streamline tracking images of 5 branches(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in scanning time between the two imaging methods(Z=3.68,P=0.006),and 4 DPC MRI scanning time accelerated by Compressed SENSE was significantly shorter than that by SENSE.Conclusion SENSE and Compressed SENSE can accelerate 4 DPC MRI portal vein imaging,analyzing the flow velocity and flow of the hepatic portal vein and its branches and realizing the tracking illustration of the hepatic portal vein.The scanning time of Compressed SENSE accelerated by 4 DPC MRI can be completed in relatively shorter time.
