摘要
目的:了解护理本科生在试用期间的心理健康情况,进行有针对性的心理健康指导。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表对160名试用期护理本科生进行调查。结果:试用期护理本科生SCL的9个因子得分均高于全国青年常模组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:试用期护理本科生心理健康状况整体偏差,主要心理问题为抑郁、强迫、焦虑、人际关系敏感等。这与工作环境、工作强度、沟通能力等有关,应加强对试用期护理学本科生心理健康指导。
Objective:To investigate the mental health status of nursing undergraduates during probation period,and to carry out guidance targeted mental health.Methods:The SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale was used to investigate 160 nursing students in the probation period.Results:The scores of 9 factors of SCL of undergraduate nursing students during the trial period are all higher than the national youth norm group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the probation period,the overall mental health status of nursing students was poor,and the main psychological problems were depression,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity and so on,which were related to the work environment,work intensity,communication ability.The psychological health guidance of the nursing undergraduate students should be strengthened.
