摘要
该文介绍了电控系统中常用的直流比例式电磁阀的概念,阐述了其电流与力线性相关的工作原理,对其常见失效模式进行分析,提出了通过温度差和阻值计算其限值电流的方法,可用于对电磁阀限值电流的快速计算和选型。
This paper introduces the principle of DC proportional solenoid which usually used in electronic control system,and presents its linear relation between current and force.This paper analyses the common failure mode of solenoid,and proposes a method of calculating limited current through temperature difference and resistance value.It can be applied for calculating the limited current and type choosing.
