Objective:To explore the application effect of low frequency pulse therapeutic instrument in postpartum nursing. Methods:A total of 82 parturient women who delivered in Heping District Women and Infant Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, according to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, groupαand groupβ(41 cases in each group).Group B received routine postpartum nursing measures, while groupαreceived low-frequency pulse therapy instrument on the basis of groupβ.The postpartum recovery index, breastfeeding and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The lactation initiation time and uterine involution time in groupαwere earlier than those in groupβ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of normal lactation in group A was 97.56%,which was higher than that in groupβ(85.37%).The success rate of breast feeding was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%of groupβ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in groupαwas 4.88%,which was lower than that in groupβ(19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In postpartum nursing, the application of low-frequency pulse therapy instrument can promote postpartum recovery, improve breastfeeding, promote uterine involution as soon as possible, and reduce the complication rate, which is worthy of application.
