激光选区熔化成形钛合金零件工艺仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 在零件激光选区熔化成形前对其开展工艺仿真研究,分析零件的残余应力以及变形情况,对于优化工艺参数,提高零件的制造成功率具有重要作用。以航空鹅颈链零件为研究对象,采用商用软件Inspire对零件激光选区熔化成形过程进行数值模拟,分别研究了成形姿态、支撑结构和激光功率对零件应力及变形的影响。研究结果表明成形姿态对零件的变形及应力分布有重要影响,较强的支撑结构和合理的激光功率有利于减小零件变形和应力。 It plays an important role in optimizing the process parameters and improving the manufacturing success rate of the parts to carry out the process simulation research and analyze the residual stress and deformation of the parts before selective laser melting.In this paper,aviation goose-neck parts as the research object,the influence of forming attitude,support structure and laser power on the stress and deformation of aerospace part goose-neck was studied by using Inspire.The results show that the forming attitude has an important effect on the deformation and stress distribution of the part,a stronger support structure and a reasonable laser power are beneficial to reduce the deformation and stress of the part.
