摘要
资本运作与投融资能力作为衡量企业经济管理能力的两项重要指标,不仅可以帮助企业找到自身存在的问题,还能够为企业提高经济效益指明方向。文章选择了绝味食品股份有限公司作为主要研究对象,研究分析了绝味食品股份有限公司的相关发展情况,并对该公司的资本运作与投融资能力作出了评价,并针对存在的问题提出了改进的建议,对国内中小企业资本运作与投融资能力的提升有着一定的借鉴意义。
Capital operation and investment and financing capabilities,as two important indicators to measure the economic management capabilities of a company,can not only help companies find their own problems,but also point out the direction for companies to improve their economic benefits.The article selects Juewei Food Co.,Ltd.as the main research object,researches and analyzes the relevant development of Juewei Food Co.,Ltd.,and evaluates the company's capital operation and investment and financing capabilities,and puts forward the existing problems.The suggestions for improvement have certain reference significance for the improvement of capital operation and investment and financing capabilities of domestic SMEs.
