需求层次理论视角下的学校教师的薪酬管理与激励研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会进入信息经济时代,员工在组织中的地位日益提高。能否高效地对员工进行激励,设置完善的激励机制,发挥员工的全部能力,成为了人力资源部门关心的重点问题。本研究从质性研究视角切入,使用基于扎根理论对学校教师进行访谈。通过对原始访谈资料进行开放性编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,迭代优化产生了薪酬福利激励和制度激励两个一级维度,并针对研究结果提出了相应建议。 With the society entering the era of information economy,the status of employees in the organization is increasing.Whether it can effectively motivate employees,set up a perfect incentive mechanism,and give full play to all the abilities of employees,has become the focus of human resources department.From the perspective of qualitative research,this study uses grounded theory to interview school teachers.Through the open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding of the original interview data,two primary dimensions of salary and welfare incentive and system incentive are generated by iterative optimization,and corresponding suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
