牛金山隧道穿越活动断层技术研究

摘要 G2003太原绕城高速公路义望至凌井店段(太原北二环)牛金山隧道穿越系舟山西麓活动断裂带,牛金山隧道为双向六车道大跨度隧道。借鉴现有的活动断裂研究成果,充分考虑活动断裂带隧道变形受力特点,采用近圆形断面、刚性结构柔性连接、扩大结构断面、复合式衬砌支护理论,选取合理的设计参数和施工方案等技术措施,保障了隧道施工期及运营期的安全性,为今后类似工程设计及施工提供借鉴。 As a two-way six-lane large-span tunnel, Niujinshan Tunnel is located on Yiwang to Lingjing section of Taiyuan Ring Expressway G2003, and it passes through the active fault zone at the western foot of Xizhou Mountain. Based on existing studies of active faults, fully considering the deformation and stress characteristics of the tunnel on the active fault zone, this paper adopted schemes such as nearly circular section,rigid structure and flexible connection, expanded structure section, and composite lining support theory. Rational design parameters, construction schemes and other technological measures were carried out to ensure the construction period and operation safety of the tunnel, which can provide reference for design and construction of similar engineering.
