摘要
为确定合理的煤层注水促抽钻孔注水参数,提高单一低渗透煤层瓦斯抽采效果。对煤层注水促抽瓦斯难易程度进行可拓综合评价,经计算:可拓评价变量特征值为2.65,3#煤层注水促抽瓦斯偏难,注水促抽时需采取相关措施。提出“一注一抽”的注水孔-抽采孔间隔布置实施间歇性高压煤层注水促抽技术,钻孔布置间距5 m,注水压力8 MPa。经试验抽采结果:注水期间,煤层注水促抽以水驱瓦斯作用为主,注水停止后,以水置换解吸瓦斯作用为主,常村煤矿注水驱替促抽瓦斯持续周期为12 d左右,煤层注水后,瓦斯含量、解吸量、初始瓦斯解吸速度均明显降低,煤层注水促抽瓦斯取得较好的效果。
Displacement for the study of low permeability coal seam affusion technology to promote smoking control gas disasters,improve the effect of single low permeability of coal seam gas extraction,determine reasonable coal seam water injection to promote smoking borehole water injection parameters.According to the laboratory water injection effect on coal gas adsorption desorption characteristics experiment found that,with the increase of water injection of coal gas desorption quantity increases,but the tendency of increase with the gas desorption gradually slow,water injection was critical value.Promote the smoke gas of coal seam affusion ease extension synthetic evaluation,the calculation:extension evaluation variable characteristic value was 2.65,3 coal seam water injection to promote smoking gas how easy was it to hard for you,water injection to promote smoking was need to take relevant measures to improve the effect of promoting the smoke gas.Based on similar simulation experiment and actual situation,proposed the water injection hole-extraction hole spacing layout implementation of intermittent promote extraction technology,the high pressure coal seam affusion drilling distance was 5 m,the water injection pressure was 8 MPa.Through industrial test extraction results it was concluded that:during the period of water injection,coal seam affusion effect on promoting smoking to water drive gas was given priority to,after water flooding had stopped,give priority to with water displacement desorption gas effect,promote smoke gas injection displacement Changcun coal mine continuous cycle was 12 d,the coal seam water injection,gas content,desorption quantity and the initial gas desorption rate were significantly lower,coal seam affusion to promote smoking gas obtained better effect.
