Extruded-thinning process for Inconel718 high strength bolt

摘要 针对Inconel718高强度螺栓传统加工工艺存在生产效率低、刀具磨损过快和加工余量浪费严重等问题,提出了一种挤细加工新工艺,并设计了相关的模具。最后通过从螺栓的金相组织、硬度、抗拉强度、应力持久和疲劳等几方面进行了试验。实验结果显示,采用新工艺后,生产效率可提高12倍,加工出的螺栓均能满足标准要求,而且还能改善抗拉强度。因此,新工艺完全能替代旧工艺,为产品的批量生产提供了保障。 a new extruded-thinning process was proposed and the relevant mould was designed which can solve the problems of low production efficiency,too fast tool wear and serious waste of machining allowance in the original processing technology about Inconel718 high strength bolt.Finally,the tests were carried out based on the metallographic structure,hardness,tensile strength,stress endurance and fatigue of the bolts.The experimental results had shown that the new technology can meet the requirements of the standard,and can improve the tensile strength,which is 3.6%higher than the original process.Therefore,the new process can completely replace the original process and provide guarantee for the mass production of products.
