Solution-processed efficient and bright lead-free warm-white LEDs based on cesium copper halides

摘要 Nowadays,electric lighting accounts for nearly 20%of the global power consumption,and thus it is necessary to develop efficient and low-cost lighting technology in response to the call of the government’s new policies on energy saving and emission reduction[1].Solid-state lighting source based on white light-emitting diodes(LEDs)is gradually replacing the traditional incandescent and fluorescent lamps because of its attractive advantages,such as energy-saving,long lifetime,low cost and environmental friendliness,which has become a new-generation of semiconductor lighting technology in the twenty-first century[2,3].
