摘要
冬桑叶作为传统中药材来源,具有抗炎、杀菌等作用。冬桑叶中含有丰富的黄酮类、多酚类、类固醇等生物活性物质,并含有丰富的粗蛋白、粗纤维、维生素、微量元素以及18种氨基酸等营养成分,且冬桑叶中氨基酸比例均衡,具有较高的饲用价值。乌骨鸡饲粮中合理添加冬桑叶可以调节机体的免疫力、改善抗氧化功能和畜禽产品品质、提高饲料中蛋白质的利用率、降低鸡粪中NH3等有害气体的排放量,改善了禽舍内的空气质量,降低乌骨鸡的发病率。
Winter mulberry leaves, as the source of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, have anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects. Winter mulberry leaves are rich in flavonoids, polyphenols, steroids and other bioactive substances, and are rich in crude protein, crude fiber, vitamins, trace elements and 18 amino acids and other nutrients, and the proportion of amino acids in winter mulberry leaves is balanced, which has high feeding value. The reasonable addition of winter mulberry leaves to black-bone chicken feed can adjust the body’s immunity, improve the antioxidant function and livestock and poultry products, improve the utilization rate of protein in feed, reduce the emission of NH3 and other harmful gases in chicken manure, improve the air quality in the poultry house, and reduce the incidence rate of black-bone chicken.
