摘要
基于2007-2018年中国30个省级行政单位(西藏、港澳台除外)的面板数据,构建固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证研究了绿色信贷对经济增长影响的直接效应和产业结构升级所发挥的中介效应。研究表明,从直接效应上看,绿色信贷能够促进经济增长,并且表现出了规律性的地区差异,促进作用强度和绿色信贷水平呈反比。从中介效应来看,产业结构升级在绿色信贷与经济增长的关系中发挥着显著的部分中介效应,中介效应占比为36.9%。此外,产业结构升级在绿色信贷对经济增长影响中所发挥的中介效应存在明显的地区差异,西部地区产业结构升级的中介效应最强,中部地区次之,东部地区最弱。要加强绿色信贷水平,充分发挥产业结构升级在绿色信贷对经济增长影响中的促进作用,推动产业结构升级,促进经济绿色健康发展。
Based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative units(except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2007 to 2018,this paper constructs fixed effect model and intermediary effect model,and empirically studies the direct effect of green credit on economic growth and the intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading.The results show that,from the direct effect,green credit can promote economic growth,and shows regular regional differences,and the intensity of promotion is inversely proportional to the level of green credit.From the perspective of intermediary effect,industrial structure upgrading plays a significant part in the relationship between green credit and economic growth,accounting for 36.9%.In addition,there are obvious regional differences in the intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading in the impact of green credit on economic growth.The intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading in western region is the strongest,followed by central region,and the eastern region is the weakest.Therefore,we should strengthen the level of green credit,give full play to the role of industrial structure upgrading in the impact of green credit on economic growth,push forward the upgrading of industrial structure,and promote the healthy development of green economy.
