摘要
目的探究老年甲状腺功能亢进治疗中甲巯咪唑片联合甲状腺素片的临床疗效。方法将重庆市巴南区中医院收治的88例老年甲状腺功能亢进患者经随机数字表法分为参比组、试验组,分别予以甲巯咪唑片治疗及甲巯咪唑片联合甲状腺素片治疗,各44例。比较2组临床疗效、甲状腺激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,不良反应发生率低于参比组,TSH水平高于参比组,FT_(4)、FT_(3)水平低于参比组(P<0.05)。结论予以老年甲状腺功能亢进患者甲巯咪唑片联合甲状腺素片治疗效果确切,可于临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of methimazole tablets combined with thyroxine tablets in the treatment of elderly hyperthyroidism.Methods The 88 elderly patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by a random number table.They were treated with methimazole tablets and methimazole tablets combined with thyroxine tablets,44 cases in each.The clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the reference group,the level of TSH was higher than that of the reference group,and the levels of FT4 and FT3 were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of methimazole tablets combined with thyroxine tablets In elderly patients with hyperthyroidism is definite,and clinical promotion is feasible.
