摘要
在既有办公建筑改造中,玻璃贴膜是一项有效的节能措施,但节能膜在不同玻璃系统的气候适应性不明确。文章建立典型办公建筑几何模型,选择两种常见的玻璃节能膜产品,采用门窗光热性能模拟软件和建筑能耗模拟软件,计算玻璃贴膜前后的全年建筑能耗和静态投资回收期。研究显示,单层玻璃贴膜在4个气候区中均适用,中空玻璃贴膜在夏热冬暖区使用节能效果明显;同时,确定了玻璃贴膜的朝向,为建筑节能改造提供参考。
In the energy-saving renovation of existing office building,glass film is an effective means of renovation.In order to clarify the climate adaptability of building glass film in different glazing systems after the energy-saving reconstruction with glass film,a model of common office buildings is established.Two common glass film products are selected using in building energy consumption simulation software to simulate the building energy consumption and the static investment payback period.The result is that the glass film for single-layer glazing system is applicable to use in four climatic zones and the insulating glazing system using glass film only in the hot summer and warm winter climatic zones is reasonable.At the same time,the orientation of the glass film is determined,which provides a reference for building energy-saving renovation.
