摘要
为解决大学生过度使用手机对其学习与身心健康产生的严重影响,基于焦点解决短程治疗技术,构建大学生手机依赖干预过程,即明确问题、正确认知、聚焦目标、小步行动、相互监督、后期跟踪6个环节。实证研究结果表明:基于焦点解决短程治疗的团体咨询模式对手机依赖的大学生,在戒断症状、突显行为、社交抚慰、心境改变、手机成瘾倾向方面的干预取得显著效果。要充分发挥该模式的作用,应重视以下几方面的影响:对大学生手机依赖状况的排查工作;切实可行的行动计划;团体咨询者的业务素质;学校、社会、家庭的协同合作。
To solve the influence of the excessive use of mobile phone on college students’learning as well as their physical and mental health,an intervention way with the focus-solving short-term treatment technology was designed.The intervention process includes six links as clarifying problems,correcting cognition,focusing on goals,small-step action,mutual supervision and late tracking.The empirical results showed that the mode played well in withdrawal symptoms,highlighting behavior,social comfort,mood change and getting rid of addiction tendency.
