EFFECT OF A COBALT COATING ON THE MORIN TRANSITION OF α-Fe_(2)O_(3)

摘要 The susceptibilities and the magnetic hysteresis loops of pure and Co Coated α-Fe_(2)O_(3) have been measured.It is found that the Morin transition temperature of α-Fe_(2)O_(3) is influenced and the coercivity is increased obviously by a Co coating.The results of neutron diffraction are in agreement with this observation.
