摘要
针对北京市中心城区现存的合流制溢流污染、初期雨水污染,以及地下建立调蓄设施条件受限等问题,提出了北京中心城区管道空间调蓄数学模型分析技术。该模型主要以排水管道的防汛风险控制、运行风险控制和结构风险控制为导向,通过在西盖板河末端建立闸门,并结合北京城区排水雨量特点制定闸门启闭方案,以提升整个区域的绿色防汛能力。该方案落地后,整体实施效果良好。
The central district of Beijing has the problems of combined sewer overflow pollution,initial rainwater pollution and limited footprint area for the establishment of underground storage facilities.Therefore,a mathematical model analysis technique for pipeline spatial storage in central district of Beijing was proposed.The model was mainly guided by flood risk control,operational risk control and structural risk control of drainage pipes.Green flood prevention ability of the whole area was improved through setting up a gate at the end of the Xigaiban River and combining with the characteristics of Beijing City rainfall to formulate the gate opening and closing plan.Practice indicated that good overall performance of the technology was achieved.
