摘要
“第一书记”制度是党和国家为打赢脱贫攻坚战和实现乡村振兴发展而提出的破解乡村基层发展难题的重要制度。运用矛盾分析法,从理论和实践的角度出发,对“第一书记”制度进行剖析,不仅对深刻理解党和国家的重大政策具有积极作用,而且能够为加强基层党组织建设、全面推进乡村振兴提供指导。
The"first secretary"system is an important system proposed by the Party and the state to solve the problem of rural grassroots development in order to win the battle against poverty and realize the revitalization and development of rural areas.Applying the method of contradiction analysis to analyze the"first secretary"system from the perspective of theory and practice not only has a positive effect on the deep understanding of the major policies of the Party and the state,but also provides guidance for strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
