摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉联合丁苯肽治疗老年急性脑梗死(ACI)效果及对神经功能的影响。方法:抽取南阳市中心医院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的老年ACI患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。对照组予以基础治疗联合依达拉奉治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合丁苯肽治疗。治疗2周,比较两组患者临床疗效;治疗前及治疗2周后,比较两组患者梗死病灶体积及神经功能;治疗2周后,比较两组患者药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2周后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组梗死病灶体积较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且相应值小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者改良Rankin量表(mRS评分)较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且相应值低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者恶心呕吐、头晕、嗜睡、心率减慢发生率比较,P>0.05。结论:老年ACI患者采用依达拉奉联合丁苯肽治疗,有助于提高治疗效果,改善患者神经功能,缩小疾病梗死病灶,且不增加患者药物不良反应。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of edaravone combined with butylphthalide on elderly acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its effects on neurological function.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with ACI in Nanyang Central Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given basic treatment combined with edaravone,and study group was combined with butylphthalide on the basis of control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.The volume of infarct lesions and neurological function of the two groups were compared before and 2 weeks after treatment.The occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups 2 weeks after treatment.Results Two weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The volume of infarct lesions in study group was reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the corresponding value was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The modified Rankin scale(mRS)score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the corresponding value in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At two weeks after treatment,there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of nausea and vomiting,dizziness,drowsiness and decreased heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Edaravone combined with butylphthalide for elderly ACI patients can help to enhance the treatment effect,improve the neurological function and shorten the infarct lesions,and it does not increase the drug adverse reactions.
