宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation of the Curative Effect of Broadband Intense Light Combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

摘要 目的:探讨宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮的临床有效性。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年9月在笔者医院就诊的104例寻常痤疮患者。按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用宽谱强光治疗,观察组采用宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗。比较两组临床效果、皮损计数及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率(84.62%)高于对照组(67.31%)(P<0.05);观察组粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、囊肿及结节计数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宽谱强光联合超分子水杨酸治疗寻常痤疮具有良好效果,可改善皮损情况,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Total of 104 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with broadband intense light,and the observation group was treated with broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid.The clinical effects,skin lesion count,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(84.62%)was higher than that of the control group(67.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The counts of acne,papules,pustules,cysts and nodules in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Broadband intense light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid has a good effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris.It can improve the skin lesions,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which worthes of clinical promotion.
