摘要
在全面从严治党的新形势下,为全面落实新时代党的建设总要求,坚持和加强党的全面领导,加强高校院(系)党组织建设和党员队伍建设,加强高校组织员队伍建设意义重大,高校组织员队伍是高校党务工作队伍的重要组成部分,是落实高校立德树人、高质量发展和全面从严治党的实践者、推动者。本文回顾了高校组织员制度的历史沿革,厘清了高校组织员的工作职责,深入剖析了高校组织员队伍建设存在的主要问题,并提出了新时代加强高校组织员队伍建设发展的方法和途径.
In the new situation of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,in order to fully implement the general requirements of the Party Construction,to adhere to and consolidate the Party's overall leadership,and to reinforce the construction of both the Party organization and Party member teams at colleges(departments)of higher education,it is necessary to be conscious that the organizer staff is an important part of Party affairs in higher education,and is the practitioner and facilitator of the implementation in establishing morality and cultivating people,in high-quality development and in comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the organizer staff in higher education.This paper reviews the history of the organizer system,clarifies the responsibilities of organizers,analyzes the major problems existing in the construction of this staff,and proposes the methods and paths to strengthen the construction and development of the organizer staff in the new era.
