摘要
目的了解郑州市属医疗机构手术科室医院感染现况,为制订该地区防控措施提供依据.方法采用横断面调查方法,对郑州市属38家二、三级医疗机构住院手术患者进行手术部位感染(SSI)现患率调查.结果调查日共计调查住院患者11971例,接受手术的患者医院感染现患率为3.55%.Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类切口SSI发生率分别为3.94%、2.35%、3.13%和6.80%.治疗性使用抗菌药物患者病原学标本送检率为40.00%,其中抗菌药物使用前送检率为28.93%.SSI检出病原菌居首位的为肺炎克雷伯菌.手术患者抗菌药物使用率为36.58%.结论郑州市医疗机构手术患者Ⅰ类切口SSI感染率较高,应加强SSI防控措施.
Objective To understand the current status of nosocomial infections in the operating departments of medical institutions in Zhengzhou,and to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control measures in this area.Methods The crosssectional survey method was used to investigate the prevalence rate of surgical site infection(SSI)in patients undergoing surgery in 38 secondary and tertiary medical institutions in Zhengzhou.Results A total of 11971 inpatients were investigated on the survey day,and the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in patients undergoing surgery was 3.55%.The incidences of SSI in typeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳincisions were 3.94%,2.35%,3.13%,6.80%,respectively.The submission rate of pathogenic specimens of patients for therapeutic use of antimicrobials was 40.00%,of which 28.93%were submitted before use of antimicrobials.Klebsiella pneumoniae was the first place among the pathogens detected in the SSI.The use rate of antibacterial drugs in surgical patients was 36.58%.Conclusion The rate of SSI in surgical patients with type I incision is relatively high in medical institutions in Zhengzhou,and the prevention and control measures for SSI should be strengthened.
