Comparison of the effects of different air disinfection machines in a hospital

摘要 目的了解医院使用中的空气消毒机产品性能和实际消毒效果,为空气消毒机的选择提供依据.方法采用资料调查和现场监测方法,对某医院使用中的各类型空气消毒机使用状况进行调查.结果对该院8个厂家的空气消毒机的主要结构、工作原理、技术参数、使用方法、注意事项、维护保养等进行了比较.以物理消毒法为主要杀菌因子,由多种消毒净化技术优化组合而成;杀菌元件有效寿命长短不同.不同产品在不同场地动态和静态条件下消毒净化效果表明,实际消毒效果不尽相同,各消毒机之间存在差异,但运行最长时间即静态下运行2 h,对沉降菌和浮游菌消除率均未达到90%.结论该医院使用的空气消毒机涉及种类多、结构和原理不尽相同,但实际除菌和除尘效果不够理想. Objective To understand the product performance and actual disinfection effect of air disinfection machines used in a hospital,and provide a basis for the selection of air disinfection machines.Methods Data survey and onsite monitoring methods were used to investigate the status of various types of air disinfection machines in use in a hospital.Results The main structure,working principle,technical parameters,use methods,precautions,maintenance,etc.of the air disinfection machines of 8 manufacturers in the hospital were compared.Physical disinfection was the main germicidal factor,which was optimized and combined by a variety of disinfection and purification technologies;the effective lives of bactericidal components were different.The disinfection and purification effects of different products under the dynamic and static conditions of different sites showed that the actual disinfection effects were not the same and there were differences between the disinfection machines.However,the longest running time was 2 h under the static condition,and the elimination rate of depositing bacteria and floating bacteria did not reach 90%.Conclusion The air disinfection machines used in this hospital involved many types,different structures and principles,but the actual sterilization and dust removal effects are not ideal.
