摘要
本文回顾了近20年内(2000~2019年)发表于《美国管理学会学报》(Academy of Management Journal,AMJ)和《战略管理杂志》(Strategic Management Journal,SMJ)的有关战略领导力的407篇论文,并解析了这些论文的着重点及关键变量(解释变量和被解释变量)在前十年与后十年有什么不同。更重要的是,本文为对战略领导力感兴趣的学者们指出了七个未来研究方向。
This article reviews the 407 papers regarding strategic leadership that were published in the Academy of Management Journal(AMJ)and Strategic Management Journal(SMJ)in 2000-2019.It summarizes how the focuses and the key variables(predictors and dependent variables)of these papers differ between the first and the second 10-year periods.More importantly,this article identifies seven future research directions for scholars who are interested in strategic leadership research.
