摘要
目的:探究抗菌药物导向计划(ASP)提升社区获得性肺炎(CAP)抗菌药物合理使用水平的效果。方法:收集九江市第一人民医院2020年1月至2020年12月加入抗菌药物管理建设之ASP管理的CAP病例40例作为观察组,2019年1月至2019年12月未经过抗菌药物管理建设之ASP管理的CAP病例40例作为对照组,分析两组患者DDDs、AUD、抗菌药物平均使用疗程、抗菌药物使用合理率、抗菌药物平均费用及临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,观察组DDDs、AUD、抗菌药物平均使用疗程、抗菌药物平均费用均显著下降,抗菌药物使用合理率显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为97.50%,高于对照组有效率75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ASP的实施在提升CAP抗菌药物合理使用水平中的效果显著,有利于降低患者经济负担,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of antimicrobial drug oriented program in improving the rational use of community-acquired pneumonia antimicrobials.Methods:Collected 40 CAP cases who joined the ASP management of the antibacterial drug management construction from January 2020 to December 2020 as the observation group.From January 2019 to December 201940 cases of CAP managed by ASP managed by the management and construction were used as the control group,and the average treatment course of DDDs,AUD,antibacterial drugs,reasonable rate of antibacterial use,average cost of antibacterial drugs and clinical efficacy were analyzed in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the average treatment course of DDDs,AUD,antibacterial drugs,and the average cost of antibacterial drugs in the observation group decreased significantly,and the reasonable rate of antibacterial use increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than the effective rate in the control group by 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of ASP has a significant effect in improving the rational use of CAP antibacterial drugs,which is conducive to reducing the economic burden of patients and improving clinical efficacy.
