摘要
目的对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜患者采取围手术期护理后的临床疗效展开研究。方法此次研究结合2018年7月至2020年1月院内收治的102子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在腹腔镜下切除子宫肌瘤,均采取护理干预,按照护理性质随机分组,其中51例采取常规护理,作为对照组,另51例采取围手术期护理,作为研究组,对比两组患者护理后相关临床指标以及不良情绪改善效果和护理满意度。结果研究组内患者术中出血量低于对照组,住院时间以及手术时间短于对照组;研究组采取护理干预后HAMA、HAMD(焦虑、抑郁)评分有明显降低,较对照组低,差异显著;研究组内患者护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜患者采取围手术期护理后能够有效改善各项临床指标,同时能够提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the clinical effect of perioperative nursing for patients with hysteromyoma.Methods In this study,102 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the nature of nursing,including 51 cases taking routine nursing(control group),and the remaining 51 cases taking perioperative nursing(study group).The correlation between the two groups after nursing was compared The clinical indicators,the improvement effect of adverse emotions and nursing satisfaction.Results the intraoperative blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time and operation time were shorter than those in the control group;the HAMA and HAMD(anxiety and depression)scores of the study group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was significant;the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The perioperative nursing for patients with hysteromyoma can effectively improve the clinical indicators and improve nursing satisfaction.
