CAE在拖拉机薄壁箱体零件工艺设计中的应用

摘要 拖拉机薄壁箱体零件结构复杂,加工精度要求高,工艺设计时,若工艺基准选择不当极易导致零件加工精度无法达到图纸要求。运用计算机辅助工程(computer aided engineering,CAE)软件,在工艺设计之前进行相应的计算分析,直观地了解不同方案对箱体加工精度的影响,并通过方案优化改进,找到一种最优的工艺方案,可提高工艺方案的准确性和零件的加工精度。 The structure of thin-walled box parts on tractor is complex,and the machining accuracy of the parts is required to be high.In the process design,if the process datum is not selected properly,the machining precision of the parts can not meet the requirements of the drawing.In order to solve this problem,the CAE(computer aided engineering)software is used to carry out the corresponding calculation and analysis before the process design,so as to intuitively understand the influence of different schemes on the machining accuracy of the box body.Then,through the optimization and improvement of the scheme,an optimal process scheme is found out,which can improve the accuracy of the process scheme and the machining accuracy of the parts.
