摘要
“精准教育”人才培养模式是指专业教育与区域工业企业紧密结合,培育区域经济发展真正需要的专业型人才。“精准对接”人才培养模式的实施必须满足工业企业中需求的劳动力要求,充分考虑到学生的个性化发展,根据不同专业面向的不同行业,确定不同阶段的训练方式。本文从“精准对接”人才培养模式的内涵出发,分析“精准对接”人才培养模式的实现路径,并给出了六条可供参考的具体实现方式。
The“precision education”talent training model refers to the close integration of professional education with regional industrial enterprises to cultivate professional talents that are really needed for regional economic development.The implementation of the“precise docking”talent training model must meet the labor requirements of industrial enterprises,fully consider the individual development of students,and determine the training methods at different stages according to different industries for different majors.This article starts from the connotation of the“precise docking”talent training model,analyzes the realization path of the“precision docking”talent training model,and gives six specific implementation methods for reference.
