儿童肥胖、性激素与胰岛素抵抗关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究儿童肥胖、性激素与胰岛素抵抗关系,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法以肥胖儿童98例为对象,作为研究组,研究时间为2020年11月至2021年6月,选取同期体质量正常儿童98名,作为参照组,详细统计所有儿童一般资料,使用酶联免疫法测量两组试验者雌二醇、睾酮、胰岛素,对比分析,并使用多因素回归分析儿童肥胖、性激素与胰岛素抵抗关系。结果研究组学龄前儿童的胰岛素水平高于参照组,差异显著,P <0.05。研究组学龄前儿童的雌二醇与睾酮水平与参照组比较,无显著差异,P> 0.05。研究组青春期儿童雌二醇、睾酮、胰岛素水平与参照组比较,差异显著,P <0.05。使用多因素回归分析,肥胖与性激素、胰岛素抵抗存在相关性,差异显著,P <0.05。结论肥胖儿童的胰岛素水平升高,存在胰岛素抵抗,且性激素紊乱,表现为雌二醇水平升高,睾酮水平降低。 Objective To explore the relationship between childhood obesity,sex hormones and insulin resistance,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 98 obese children were selected as the research group from November 2020 to June 2021.A total of 98 children with normal weight during the same period were selected as the reference group.The general information of all children was statistically analyzed in detail.Multivariate regression was used to analyze the relationship between childhood obesity,sex hormones and insulin resistance.Results The insulin level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference,P<0.05.The levels of estradiol and testosterone of the preschoolers in the study group were compared with those in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of estradiol,testosterone and insulin in the study group,there was significant difference,P<0.05.Multivariate regression analysis showed that obesity was correlated with sex hormone and insulin resistance,and there was significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Obese children have elevated insulin level,insulin resistance and sex hormone disorder,which are manifested as elevated estradiol level and decreased testosterone level.
