摘要
目的探讨2μm激光经尿道汽化术治疗男性尿道狭窄的疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2019年12月我科收治的男性尿道狭窄患者48例,以治疗方式差异性分为各24例的参照组和试验组,并分别采取经尿道电切术治疗、经尿道2μm激光汽化术治疗,对比各自疗效。结果在手术时间、术后最大尿流率方面,两组指标对比差异未显示出统计学价值(P> 0.05);在住院时间、术后并发症发生情况方面,试验组指标水平较参照组更具优势,指标对比差异显示出统计学价值(P <0.05)。结论 2μm激光经尿道汽化术治疗尿道狭窄操作简便,创伤小,疗效肯定。
Objective To investigate the effect of 2μm laser transurethral vaporization in the treatment of male urethral stricture.Method Select 48 male patients with urethral stricture admitted to our department from February 2016 to December 2019,According to the difference of treatment methods,24 cases were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,and were treated with endotomy,electrotomy and transurethral 2μm laser vaporization respectively,and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operative time and maximum postoperative urinary flow rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of length of stay and incidence of postoperative complications,the experimental group had more advantages in the level of indicators,and the comparison difference of indicators showed statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion 2μm laser transurethral vaporization of urethra for urethral stricture is easy to operate,less traumatic and effective.
