我国的汽车市场已告别高速增长期,形成了汽车行业新的竞争格局,正在快速步入智能电动汽车的时代。伴随着传统汽车行业存在的产能过剩以及汽车行业市场激烈的竞争,汽车制造行业面临着巨大的压力,降本增效成为了企业面对当前困局的有效策略。本文就我国汽车制造企业在发展中采购成本控制环节的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并探讨如何在采购环节执行降本增效,提高企业的竞争力。
China's automobile market has bid farewell to the period of rapid growth,has formed a new competitive landscape in the automobile industry,and is rapidly entering the era of smart electric vehicles.With the overcapacity in the traditional auto industry and fierce competition in the auto industry market,the auto manufacturing industry is facing tremendous pressure,and reducing costs and increasing efficiency has become an effective strategy for companies to face the current dilemma.This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the procurement cost control link in the development of China's automobile manufacturing enterprises,and discusses how to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the procurement link to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
