摘要
在经济社会快速发展的当下,高职学生就业问题一直备受关注。在"大众创业、万众创新"的战略背景下,大学生社会兼职对于在校学生积累社会经验,开拓就业视野,增长就业、创业技能等方面具有着积极的作用。本文使用问卷调查法,结构性访谈法,文献分析法等方法,从高职在校学生从事社会兼职的兼职经历、兼职初衷、兼职类型、兼职收入、兼职收入支配、兼职来源等方面,对装备制造大类专业部分学生的社会兼职情况进行了随机调研。旨在通过随机调研,了解C高职院校在校学生参加社会兼职的基本情况,为高职院校学生的管理与教育提供一些参考,也可以为职业院校辅导员了解"00后"大学生参加社会兼职的情况提供数据信息。此外,也能为学校对于学生兼职的管理提供一些思路。
In the current rapid economic and social development,the employment of higher vocational students has always been a concern.Under the strategic background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,college students'social part-time job plays a positive role in accumulating social experience,broadening their employment horizons,increasing employment,and entrepreneurial skills.This article uses questionnaire survey method,structured interview method,literature analysis method,etc.,from the part-time experience,original intention of part-time job,part-time type,part-time income,part-time income control,part-time source,etc.Random surveys were conducted on the social part-time jobs of some students in major manufacturing majors.The purpose is to understand the basic situation of higher vocational college students participating in social part-time work through random investigations,provide some references for the management and education of vocational college students,and also provide vocational college counselors to understand“post-00”college students participating in social part-time jobs to provide data and information.In addition,it can also provide some ideas for the school's management of students'part-time jobs.
