摘要
随着国内汽车音响的兴起与普及,迷你型的车载数字功放以其节能、效率高、体积小以及安装连接方便等特点,越来越受到人们的欢迎。为此,设计一种车载迷你型、即插即用的数字汽车功放,由前置放大电路、脉宽调制(Pulse Wide Modulation,PWM)电路、开关功率放大电路以及低通滤波输出电路等组成,详细介绍各电路原理及用途。经过调试的迷你车载数字功放完全符合设计要求:功率达到4×100 W(4声道),效率达到92%,体积仅为150 mm×80 mm×50 mm。
With rapid growing up and popularization of car audios in domestic market,mini digital car amplifiers feature the advantages of energy-saving,small size,high efficiency,convenient connections&installation and has become more and more popular.One mini digital car amplifier has been designed with plug and play function.The amplifier consists of pre-amplifying circuit,Pulse Wide Modulation(PWM)circuit,switchable power amplification circuit and lowpass filtering output circuit.Principles and usages of each circuit are introduced in detail.The mini digital car amplifier designed and tested has fully met the design requirements of rated power:4×100 W(4 channels),efficiency:92%,and its size is only 150 mm'80 mm'50 mm.
