Objective:To summarize and analyze the research of ritodrine hydrochloride injection in the treatment of threatened preterm labor and its effect on newborns. Methods:All 130 cases of threatened preterm birth admitted from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatments, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride. The two groups were compared with the success rate of fetal preservation, the time of uterine contraction disappearance, the time of prolonged pregnancy, and the prognosis of the newborn. Results:The success rate of pregnancy preservation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The observing group's contractions disappeared earlier than the control group, and the pregnancy extension time was significantly longer than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of the observation group's newborns, their birth weight was greater than that of the control group. The(Apgar)score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnant women with threatened premature delivery have a significant effect on fetal protection after treatment with ritodrine hydrochloride injection, and the prognosis of the newborn is better.
