摘要
目的探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析在先天性心脏病新生儿术后切口护理流程中的应用情况。方法采用非同期对照实验选取2016年2月-2018年5月2在我院接受手术治疗的先天性心脏病新生儿56例作为A组,行常规术后切口护理流程;将2018年6月-2019年2月手手术治疗的先天性心脏病新生儿60例作为B组,行医疗失效模式与效应分析的术后切口护理流程。结果B组术后切口感染率、感染消退时间、疼痛、护理效果、满意度均显著优于A组;B组住院时间、总费用均显著低于A组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗失效模式与效应分析应用于先天性心脏病新生儿术后切口护理流程中,能够有效提升先天性心脏病新生儿术后切口护理流程的规范性,一定程度地降低感染发生率,同时明显提高护理满意度及临床治疗效果,并降低失效引发的危险事故发生。
Objective To explore the application of the medical failure mode and effect analysis in the postoperative incision nursing procedures of neonates with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 56 newborns with congenital heart disease who received surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2,2018 were selected as group A by the non synchronous control experiment,and received the routine postoperative incision nursing procedures.While 60 neonates who underwent surgical treatment from June 2018 to February 2019 were selected as group B,and the postoperative incision nursing procedures of the medical failure mode and effect analysis were performed on them.Results The postoperative incision infection rate,infection subsidence time,pain severity,nursing effect,and satisfaction rate of group B were all significantly better than those of group A,while the hospitalization time and total cost of group B were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the medical failure mode and effect analysis can effectively improve the standardization of the postoperative incision nursing procedures in neonates with congenital heart disease,reduce the incidence of infection to a certain extent,and obviously improve the nursing satisfaction and clinical treatment effect,and reduce the occurrence of dangerous accidents caused by failure.
