个性化护理结合饮食指导对老年胸腔镜食管癌根治术患者炎性因子的影响 被引量:9

Effect of the personalized nursing combined with the dietary guidance on the inflammatory factors in the elderly patients undergoing the thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer

摘要 目的探讨个性化护理结合饮食指导对老年胸腔镜食管癌根治术患者炎性因子的影响。方法选择2014年9月-2019年9月于我院行胸腔镜食管癌根治术的老年患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理结合饮食指导。比较2组围术期、手术前后炎性因子相关指标的变化情况及护理满意率。结果观察组围术期相关指标均显著短于或少于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后炎性因子相关指标均显著升高,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理结合饮食指导可显著改善行胸腔镜食管癌根治术老年患者的围术期相关指标,抑制炎性反应,提高护理满意率,值得临床借鉴。 Objective To explore the effect of the personalized nursing combined with the dietary guidance on the inflammatory factors in the elderly patients undergoing the thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of eighty elderly patients who underwent the thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the personalized care combined with the dietary guidance on the basis of the control group.The changes of the related indexes of the inflammatory factors and the rate of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups during the perioperative period,before and after operation.Results The related indexes of the observation group during the perioperative period were significantly shorter or less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The related indicators of the inflammatory factors of the two groups were significantly improved after operation,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the perioperative period,the personalized nursing combined with the dietary guidance can significantly improve the related indicators in the elderly patients undergoing the thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer,inhibit the inflammatory reactions,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of clinical reference.
