摘要
目的研究颈型颈椎病患者不同年龄段颈椎功能障碍类型的差异。方法收集颈型颈椎病患者294例,采用颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评估颈椎功能(包括颈痛及相关症状、日常生活活动能力),比较不同年龄段患者在颈椎功能障碍类型上的差异。结果30岁以上各年龄段总的颈椎功能障碍评分均较18~30岁严重。侧重的功能障碍类型:31~40岁为头痛和工作,41~50岁为疼痛、头痛、工作和驾驶,51~60岁为疼痛、头痛、睡眠、工作、个人护理和娱乐,61~70岁为睡眠和工作。结论不同年龄段的颈型颈椎病在颈痛、头痛、睡眠、工作、个人护理、娱乐和驾驶功能障碍类型上存在一定的差异。
Objective To study the difference of cervical disability in different age groups of patients with nonspecific neck pain.Methods A total of 294 patients with nonspecific neck pain were included.Neck Disability Index(NDI)was used to evaluate neck function(including neck pain and related symptoms,and daily activity),and to compare the differences of neck disability in different age groups.Results Neck disability in people over 30 years old was more serious than that of 18-30 years old.Among them,31-40 years old were with the type of disability:headache and work;41-50 years old:pain,headache,work and driving;51-60 years old:pain,headache,sleep,work,personal care and entertainment;61-70 years old:sleep and work.Conclusion There are some differences in the types of disability,such as neck pain,headache,sleep,work,personal care,entertainment and driving,in patients with nonspecific neck pain in different age groups.
