摘要
由于缺乏碳源,低C/N比废水中氮磷无法被有效去除。因此,本研究将空心菜作为功能性植物,以提高C/N比来提高氮磷去除效果。在3种不同的C/N比(3:1、3.5:1、4:1)和2种NH_(4)~+/NO_(3)~-比 (2:1和1:2)下,研究根系DOC释放情况与氮磷去除规律。结果表明,根系DOC浓度、氮磷净化效果随C/N比增大而增大,NH_(4)~+/NO_(3)~-为2:1大于NH_(4)~+/NO_(3)~-为1:2;在C/N比为4:1且NH_(4)~+/NO_(3)~-比为2:1时的根系DOC浓度及氮磷去除最大,第8 d,根系DOC浓度为11.79 mg/L,氮磷去除率分别为74.1%,88.3%,出水浓度为5.18 mg/L、0.009 mg/L。根系DOC与氮磷净化效果呈显著正相关,根系DOC分泌浓度越大,氮磷去除效果越好。研究表明,空心菜能有效净化低C/N比污水,使出水水质满足城市污水再生利用-城市杂用水水质标准(GB/T 18920-2002)。
Due to the lack of carbon source,nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater with low C/N ratio cannot be effectively removed.Therefore,this study used water spinach as a functional plant to increase the C/N ratio and increase the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect.Under 3 different C/N ratios(3:1,3.5:1,4:1)and 2 NH_(4)+/NO_(3)-ratios(2:1 and 1:2),study root DOC release and nitrogen and phosphorus removal law.The results showed that the concentration of root DOC and the purifi cation effect of nitrogen and phosphorus increased with the increase of C/N ratio,NH_(4)+/NO_(3)-was 2:1 greater than NH_(4)+/NO_(3)-was 1:2;when the C/N ratio was 4:1 and when the NH_(4)+/NO_(3)-ratio is 2:1,the root DOC concentration and nitrogen and phosphorus removal are the largest.On the 8th day,the root DOC concentration is 11.79 mg/L,the nitrogen and phosphorus removal rates are 74.1%and 88.3%,respectively,and the effl uent concentration is 5.18 mg/L,0.009 mg/L.Root DOC has a signifi cant positive correlation with nitrogen and phosphorus purifi cation effect.The greater the root DOC secretion concentration,the better the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect.Studies have shown that water spinach can effectively purify sewage with low C/N ratio,so that the effl uent quality can meet the urban sewage recycling-urban miscellaneous water quality standard(GB/T 18920-2002).
