桥梁支座设计中单元计算模型的开发与实例验证 被引量:1

摘要 为在保证精度的前提下提高计算效率,综合考虑了SMA叠层橡胶支座水平剪切性能、竖向压缩刚度、非线性拉伸及临界承载力性能,推导了组合单元刚度矩阵,基于ABAQUS-UEL开发了SMA叠层橡胶支座组合单元模型,并利用试验结果对其进行了验证。结果表明,所开发的组合单元能较为精确的模拟SMA叠层橡胶支座力学特性,滞回曲线基本一致,等效刚度、单位循环耗能、等效阻尼比与试验值最大误差仅为7%、10%、6%,不规则加载下竖向荷载-位移曲线与试验值吻合,具有较高精度,利用该组合单元可对考虑支座刚度与滞回特性的有限元分析进行简化,提高效率。 For the premise of guarantee accuracy improving calculation efficiency,this article considers the SMA laminated rubber bearing level nonlinear tensile and shear properties,vertical compressive stiffness and the critical bearing capacity performance,composition unit stiffness matrix was deduced,based on ABAQUS education-the-SMA laminated rubber bearing combination unit model is developed,and by using the test results are verified.Results show that the development of composition unit can more accurate simulation of SMA laminated rubber bearing and mechanical characteristics of hysteresis curve,equivalent stiffness,units cyclic energy dissipation and equivalent damping ratio with the test value of the maximum error is only 7%,10%,6%,irregular load under the vertical load-displacement curve,the agreement with the test results is of high precision,by using the combined element,the finite element analysis considering the stiffness and hysteresis of the bearing can be simplified and the efficiency can be improved.
