摘要
随着我国油气管道的快速发展,管道剩余强度的评价显得尤为重要。为了研究腐蚀缺陷参数对管道剩余强度的影响因素,将有限元分析和响应曲面相结合,得到不同参数组合下的响应值,构建了剩余强度的二次线性拟合方程。通过方差和响应曲面分析,得到就单因素影响而言,缺陷深度对剩余强度的影响最为显著,其次是缺陷长度和缺陷宽度;就交互因素影响而言,缺陷长度和缺陷深度的交互因子系数F值最大为9.15,且P值为0.0193,小于0.05,说明两者交互影响显著,而其余参数之间的交互影响不显著。
With the rapid development of oil and gas pipelines in China,the evaluation of pipeline residual strength is particularly im⁃portant.In order to study the influence of corrosion defect parameters on the residual strength of pipelines,the response values of pipe⁃line residual strength under combination of different parameters are obtained by combining finite element analysis and response sur⁃face,and the quadratic linear fitting equation of residual strength is constructed.Variance and response surface analysis show that de⁃fect depth has the most significant effect on residual strength,followed by defect length and width.The research results of the influence of two-factor interaction on the residual strength show that the interaction factor coefficient F of defect length and defect depth is maxi⁃mum(9.15),and the P value is 0.0193,less than 0.05,indicating that the interaction between the two factors is significant,while the in⁃teraction between other parameters is not significant.
